Travel Tips: 
- Drink lots of water and get plenty of sleep.
- Avoid alcohol for the first 48 hours at high altitude.
- If you plan to explore Rocky Mountain National Park or up in the mountains, recommend scheduling after Quality Summit at Mile High Denver.  This gives everyone from low altitude residence time to acclimate. 
- Bring your chap stick/ lip balm and lotion.

Booking Information:

Reserve your room at the Sheraton Denver Downtown Hotel, our Standard Group rate is $269 + tax (currently 15.75%) per room. Book your room as soon as possible to receive the Quality Summit group rate. Once the room block has been filled, the group rate will no longer be available. 
The final day to secure your room at the group rate is Friday, September 19th.

- Light rail (train) from Denver Airport to Union Station $10 - $15 and then Uber from Union Station to Sheraton (1 mile)
- Uber from Airport to Sheraton $45-$60 (45 – 60 mins)
